Plain English where it can be. By using LaunchPad you agree to these terms.
1. What LaunchPad is
A mobile app that breaks a task you type into small steps and shows them one at a time. Provided by Andrew Turth as an independent developer.
2. Health disclaimer — read this one
LaunchPad is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism or chronic fatigue. It has not been evaluated by the FDA, the MHRA, or any other regulator, and no claim on this site or in the app should be read as a medical claim.
If task paralysis, low motivation or executive dysfunction is significantly affecting your life, please talk to a doctor or a therapist. An app is not a substitute for care, and we will never pretend otherwise.
3. Accounts and age
You must be 13 or older. The free plan needs no account. If you subscribe, keep your Apple or Google credentials to yourself.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- LaunchPad Pro is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year.
- New installs get 3 days of Pro free. No card required to start.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in your Apple or Google settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds go through Apple and Google under their policies. If they will not help and you have a fair case, email us.
- Price rises never apply to existing subscribers for at least 12 months, with 30 days notice.
5. The free plan
Free means free: 3 breakdowns a day, all built-in templates, permanently, with no ads and no data sale. We may adjust the daily limit with notice, but the free plan will not become a trial.
6. AI-generated content
When no template matches, steps are generated by an AI model. Generated steps can occasionally be irrelevant, repetitive, or plain wrong. Use your judgement, and never follow a generated step that involves risk to your safety, health, property or the law. You can skip any step.
7. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app, abuse the API, resell access, or submit content that is illegal or intended to make the model produce harmful output. Accounts that do can be suspended.
8. Your content
Your task text is yours. We take only the licence needed to process it and return steps. We claim no ownership and do not train on it.
9. If we shut down
If LaunchPad is discontinued we will give at least 60 days notice by email, stop billing immediately, and refund unused annual time pro rata. Because your data lives on your device, nothing of yours disappears when we do.
10. Availability
Templates work offline. Custom AI steps need a connection and a third-party service. We do not promise uptime and are not liable for interruptions.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes and governing law
Material changes to these terms get 30 days notice by email. Governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator's residence.
